HP Graphics Experience Center Signage + Banners
Designing cohesive signage and banners for a high-end customer experience center at a Fortune 100 company.
Brief:
The HP Graphics Experience Center serves as a high-end showroom where clients and customers visit for product demonstrations and sample reviews of HP’s industrial printing technology. While the space featured strong visual elements, the signage and environmental graphics were inconsistent, pulling from outdated brand guidelines and past initiatives. I was tasked with updating and unifying the visual system to align with current HP branding and create a more cohesive client experience.
Scope:
Redesigned all press + partner signage throughout the Graphics Experience Center to align with current HP brand guidelines
Replaced outdated, inconsistent signage systems from previous branding iterations
Designed roll-up banners for each press display
Designed large-scale environmental elements, including floor graphics and a 12-foot display for new client experiences
Designed updated entryway floor graphics to enhance the arrival experience
Managed the redesign of the GEC lobby in collaboration with an external agency
Provided design direction and feedback, incorporating stakeholder input and presenting design iterations for the lobby redesign
Impact:
Established a visually consistent and up-to-date signage system aligned with current HP brand guidelines
Created a more cohesive environment that enhances trust and professionalism during client experiences
Improved clarity by introducing signage for previously unlabeled partner and finishing equipment
Strengthened partner visibility by presenting equipment as integrated, branded components of the HP ecosystem
Enhanced the client journey through consistent visual touchpoints across all press and display areas
Ongoing implementation of large-scale environmental elements, including a redesigned lobby and large display experience
Summary:
This project strengthened my ability to manage stakeholder feedback, collaborate with external partners, and maintain visual consistency within a complex, real-world environment.
